Bretheren, Tuesday’s stated meeting will be casual(very), and there will be no dinner.
As WM Weinberg is out of the country this week, it will also be step-up night.
I look forward to seeing everyone there!

I am reporting to you from Yakima where I am at this moment sitting in a joint session entitled “Installation and Event planning.”
Bretheren, this is an invaluable seminar and this particular session is full of really good information and advice on how to go about planning for installation and events throughout the year.
Plan early, Plan often, and Plan together is the theme at the moment. I will continue to post here in real time through the conference.
Bretheren and friends,
At our last stated meeting on Apr. 1st, it was our great pleasure to welcome VW Br. Bob Nygren, our District 2 Deputy to the Grand Master.
Thanks to Br. Danner’s coin tossing skill we were able to narrowly avoid the harrowing experience of “stop on a dime” night.
VW Nygren spoke about accentuating the positive things about Masonry and enjoined us all to bear this idea in mind in all of our Masonic endeavors.
It was a great albeit slightly lengthy meeting, and my compliments on the refreshments afterwards!
It is with much sadness and regret that I must report that Brother Wilson Shea passed away on Feb. 4.
He was a beloved brother and friend to all who knew him and he will be sorely missed.
Please log in and share your memories of Brother Wilson on this discussion thread….
We will be holding a stated meeting practice tonight at 7pm. As WM Leonard mentioned in email, we have a number of members installed in offices new to them. All RHL248 officers are invited/requested to attend.

At long last we finally have a webblog with an event calendar! Please click “Read Comments” now to read the rest, and add your own if you wish…..
The Warden’s conference was a great success! It was filled with a lot of very useful and practical help and information for line officers. Plus it gave us an opportunity to meet each other and get to know more about each other’s lodges.
I will be adding more to this post - the pictures for example of the budget planning list, and the planning documents WB Nygren put together for us.
Those of you that attneded, please say “hi” by writing a comment on this thread…
For posting some new events on the calendar. Good job!
